Where: Welcombe Hills Country Park

Distance: 5 miles

Meet at: Far car park of Cobbs Farm, Kings Lane, Snitterfield,  CV37 0QA 9 45 for a 10am start. If anyone would like a lift, please call me 07802 760809.

Directions; EITHER go to the A46 from Knowle via the Warwick Road (A4141/A4177). Follow A46 ignoring a signed right turn to Snitterfield, continue under a bridge and a pedestrian crossing sign, about ½ mile later turn left into Kings Lane (SP Snitterfield). OR go through Hockley Heath and take the A3400 Stratford Road through Wootton Wawen, about 3½ later, just after the right turn to Wilmcote turn left into Gospel Lane, at the end of Gospel Lane turn left onto the A46 then immediately right (sign posted Snitterfield) onto King Lane.

In either case, Cobbs Farm is less than 50 yards on the right along Kings Lane

Terrain. Gently undulating, with easy dry paths assuming little rain between now and next Wednesday!) and tracks. There is a mix of woodland, fields, the edge of golf courses and wide-ranging views from the higher spots. 3-stiles.
