Meet:  At Bentley Heath in time to arrange car share for departure at 9:30am

Start:  At 10:00am from The View, Wootton Wawen, B95 6DE

Directions to Parking: Take the A3400 Stratford Road through Henley-in-Arden and Wootton Wawen.  After passing the canal aqueduct and the Navigation Inn, the View is a further 1/4 mile on the right.  Please use the first car park on the right.

Walk Details:  A lovely route, along the canal including 2 aqueducts, across woodland, fields, through the village of Bearley, through the Edstone estate with its lakes and up into Austy wood before returning to the View.

It is pretty easy walking with one short fairly steep ascent to Austy wood.  There is likely to be some mud around, but nothing to worry about when we did the recce after a lot of rain the day before.

Refreshments:  Please bring a packed lunch.  As we are using the car park at the View, it would be good to stop there for a drink after the walk.
