Description:  Bidford on Avon circular walk along the river to Welford on Avon and on round. Mainly flat, no stiles, may be muddy if it has rained

Distance:  7.5 miles

Meet: at Bentley Heath Community Centre Car Park at 9.15

Or at the free Saxon Fields Village Car Park in Bidford on Avon. We expect to set off at 10am

Directions: Take A3400 towards Stratford, at the first roundabout before Stratford take the 4th exit onto the A46. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A46 Alcester Road. Take the 2nd turning on your left towards Temple Grafton  (if you miss this take the next turning)  Follow the road down through Temple Grafton towards Bidford. Turn right onto the B439 into Bidford,. At the first roundabout, turn toward the village centre/Cleeve Prior and turn directly into the free Saxon Fields Car Park on the left.

If that car is full, continue over the River Avon bridge and turn right immediately into a large car park, but it is pay and display.
